The Wines

Three Australian wines, three very different personalities.

Eden Hall Opulence Riesling brings richness and generosity to a variety better known for being lean and crisp. Made in Eden Valley from fruit touched by botrytis, it’s a more opulent take on Riesling and a bottle with a story behind it.

Circulus Fumé Blanc takes Sauvignon Blanc somewhere more interesting; textured, smoky and made with a lighter footprint. Familiar enough to pour for everyone, different enough to make them ask what it is.

Then GKLR Nebbiolo brings the red. Fragrant, savoury and lighter on its feet than the big reds that usually land on the dinner table.
