Wine
We seek out Australian wines from independent producers doing interesting things — small batches, thoughtful farming, less intervention and plenty of personality. If we wouldn’t be excited to open it ourselves, we don’t stock it.
Yes. Our wine collection is focused on Australian makers, regions and bottles we think deserve a spot on your table.
Absolutely. That’s kind of the point. We do the hunting, tasting and narrowing down so choosing a great bottle doesn’t require a wine degree. Our tasting notes and curated bundles are designed to make finding something good easy.
Many of our wines are made in small quantities, so when they’re gone, they may genuinely be gone. Sometimes we can restock them. Sometimes we’ll find you something new to love instead.
Gifting
Absolutely. Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout and we’ll send it straight to them.
Approved refunds will be returned to your originaYes. Add your message when ordering and we’ll include it with your gift.l payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.Nothing in our policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Will you include prices in the gift?No awkward receipts in the box. We don’t include pricing information inside gifts sent directly to the recipient.

Orders & delivery
We currently deliver within Australia. Available delivery options and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During particularly busy periods, it may take a little longer.
Yes. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
That’s not how we wanted it to arrive. Email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll help get it sorted.
If we’ve sent you the wrong bottle, something is missing or your order isn’t what you expected, get in touch with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
Returns & policies
Yes. You must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol from Álavôt. Proof of age may also be required when your order is delivered.
Wine, food and other consumable products generally can’t be returned for change of mind. If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll help make it right. For eligible non-consumable products, please contact us before returning anything.You can find the full details on our Shipping & returns page.
