We currently deliver within Australia. Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details.Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Álavôt. Identification or proof of age may be required on delivery, and alcohol cannot be supplied to anyone under 18.
Yes, absolutely. Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout and we’ll send it directly to them. If your gift contains alcohol, the person accepting the delivery must meet the applicable age and delivery requirements.
If something arrives damaged or broken, email us with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll review it and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
If we’ve sent the wrong item or something is missing, get in touch with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
Refunds
Wine, food and other consumable products generally can’t be returned for change of mind. For eligible non-consumable products, contact us before returning anything. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.Nothing in our policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
