The Wines

Heroes Sparkling Rosé starts things properly — bright, lively and made for opening when there's something to celebrate. Even if that something is simply having six good bottles in the fridge.

Mount Avoca Chardonnay brings generosity and texture from Victoria's Pyrenees, made by one of Australia's pioneering organic wineries.

Eden Hall Opulence Riesling takes Riesling somewhere richer. Made in the Eden Valley from fruit touched by botrytis, it's aromatic, luscious and a little unexpected.

Heroes Das Helden Riesling shows another side of the variety — bright, fresh and full of energy.

Circulus Fumé Blanc brings texture and a touch of smoke, taking familiar Sauvignon Blanc into much more interesting territory.

And Minimum Del Popolo Bianco rounds out the six — bright, easygoing and exactly the kind of white you'll be glad you put in the fridge.
