Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese/Syrah and GSM — a mix that moves from bright and lighter on its feet to richer, darker and made for slower drinking.

The Wines

Side Wines Pinot Noir starts on the lighter side — bright, easygoing and made for putting in the middle of the table.

Down The Rabbit Hole 2023 Shiraz brings a little more depth and generosity, with the kind of character that makes Shiraz such a good bottle to have waiting.

GKLR Nebbiolo changes direction again — fragrant, savoury and a little unexpected.

Minimum Sangiovese / Syrah is bright and savoury, bringing together two varieties that make very good drinking companions.

Down The Rabbit Hole GSM brings Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre together in a generous red blend made for another glass.

And Circulus Pinot Noir rounds out the case with another take on Pinot — small-batch, characterful and very worthy of a spot at the table.
