The Wines
Side Wines Pinot Noir
Bright, juicy and easy to drink, with vibrant red fruit, gentle spice and savoury character. A lighter red that’s just as happy with pizza and charcuterie as it is poured on its own.
GKLR Nebbiolo
A more savoury, structured red with fragrant fruit, spice and that unmistakable Nebbiolo character. Give it a good glass, something delicious to eat and a little time to open up.
Minimum Sangiovese / Syrah
Juicy meets savoury. Sangiovese brings freshness and red fruit while Syrah adds darker fruit and spice. Made by Minimum Wines with their thoughtful, lighter-footprint approach to winemaking.
