Our take on the classic lemon cordial, with a little something unexpected. Made in small batches with real lemon juice, raw sugar and a subtle infusion of cardamom. Bright, refreshing and beautifully balanced, with just enough sweetness and a gentle hint of spice.

Made for long afternoons, good company, and those moments when plain water just won't do.

Lemon No. 01 brings the zing of fresh lemons, balanced with the warmth of raw sugar and a subtle aromatic finish from cardamom.

Nothing complicated. Just a really good cordial, made to be enjoyed your way.

How to Pour

Start with 25ml of cordial over ice, top with chilled sparkling water and give it a stir. Add a slice of lemon if you're feeling fancy.

Or mix things up. Add it to a gin and tonic, make yourself a spritz or use it as the starting point for your next favourite cocktail.

A little goes a long way.
